Thanks so much for the quick reply. its appreciated and i am SO glad to hear that you were able to switch back to Canada Post... that took less then 4 days ususally to receive when it came from there. Good to know for future orders. too bad i caught the singapore post time... I have anxious kids. i hope that it gets here soon. Thanks again.

Got package last night.
Working great.
At first it got error.
But in forums found that have to push a little hard to make full contact.
Since then it's been working great.

I received the R4i Gold-Elite today. As advertised, the kernel was pre-loaded & ready to roll. I have 35 games loaded on the included 4gb SD card and they all rock !

Lol nope where all set the kernel was already loaded. Works great , my little one is very happy thank u again for great customer service. I was wondering how I would have gotten the firm ware update and kernel if I did not have the micro sd card ? Not that its a problem cause u guys really took care of me. Just thinking the acekard shouldn't be offered without the micro , it seems necessary.
